Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of NexusCRM. By signing up or using the apps you agree to them.

1. The agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between you and Nexunova (“we,” “us”). They cover the NexusCRM web app, mobile app, APIs, and any related services (the “Service”).

If you use NexusCRM on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. Accounts

  • You must be 18 or older to create an account.
  • You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account.
  • Tell us immediately if your account is compromised: support@nexunova.com.
  • One person, one account. Don’t share credentials.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t use NexusCRM to:

  • Break the law of your jurisdiction or ours.
  • Spam, harass, or contact people who’ve asked not to be contacted (DND lists matter).
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Service.
  • Upload malware, abuse our infrastructure, or perform load testing without consent.
  • Resell access without a written agreement with us.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice in serious cases.

4. Your data

You own the lead, contact, and CRM data you upload (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data only to operate the Service for you.

5. Billing

  • Plans renew automatically. Cancel any time from your workspace settings.
  • Refunds within 14 days of first purchase if the Service is materially broken on our side.
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice. Existing terms apply until your next renewal.

6. Intellectual property

NexusCRM, the Nexunova name, logo, and product design are our IP. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service while your subscription is active.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% accurate operation. You’re responsible for backing up critical data exports periodically.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You can cancel any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, you can export your data within 30 days; after that we delete it per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email to workspace admins at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karachi unless required otherwise by mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.
